The Hotel Canobolas

Dined in the Bistro last Wednesday. We ordered woodfired pizzas. These were amazing in both taste and topping selection. With the amazing service from Brett we felt like Hollywood Royalty. Will definitely return. Joan Collins

Really good centrally located food and accomodation. There was a small mix up with our food order and Rachel was quick to tactfully offer a great solution. Really appreciate her excellent service to our party.

The pub areas have been done up really nice, it's a beautiful building. But the rooms need a lot of work. Especially the bathroom, flaking paint, holes in the wall where old plumbing pipes once were. Couldn't stay any more than 1 night. Also would have loved to eat there but no listed vegan options.

So glad I chose to eat dinner here on my work trip to Orange. Great service, excellent food ( my medium rare eye fillet was perfect) and good local wines. And not too noisy even though it was fairly busy. Lots of different areas to eat in. Will be back!

The best pub in Orange! Just called in for a quick drink but the laid back vibe and fantastic courtyard drew us in to what became a few more drinks and and a beautiful pizza! Highly recommended.

This is our go-to place to stay in Orange and it did not disappoint again! Great location in centre of town, walk to everything, dinner here both nights, food was fresh, tasty and portion sizes good. The only negative would be outdated bathrooms but cannot fault their cleanliness. We will be back again.

The wood fired pizza was spot on with thin crust and perfectly charred edges. Toppings were very tasty. Salad was nicely dressed. Cant go past bangers and mash - sausages not too salty.
