Duntryleague

This is a lovely 150 year old mansion, located adjacent to a picture-perfect golf course. When you step out of the main portal in the morning, it feels like walking into a park. All you hear is birds singing. The original mansion had add-ons over a century and half. The original layout of the rooms is adjusted to 21st century lodging aspirations, while maintaining the original charme. It is an analogue place, not digital, sterilised perfection. Just like other businesses in delightfully friendly Orange, the owners go out of their way to cater to your every need and make your day. Access from Rowans Road, pass the golf course parking lot towards the right and then pull up in the front of the mansion entrance, even if Google Maps says something completely different.

My husband and had a lovely 3 night stay. We had the package, which was 2 breakfast one dinner and wine tasting the local produce. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean and large. The only thing i would say is the stairs are steep on second level. My husband enjoyed his golf here and Wentworth.

This guest house has many of the services of S hotel (restaurant, bar) and offers access to the members own golf course just outside the door. The guesthouse is formally a grand colonial mansion for a very wealthy local family originally from Duntryleague in Ireland. ||The rooms are on the small size but are fully appointed with many having access to a balcony- veranda where you can sit and enjoy the views. Beware of the steep stairs - there are no lifts yet (one is installed soon). There is a reading lounge and conference room/ meeting facilities. ||The restaurant serves quality food and the bar is extensively stocked. Guesthouse residents get a discount.

We did not stay, so I can't rate rooms. We had a terrific lunch, with great service, and beautiful garden outlook.

Excellent golf course both in condition and layout . It’s a must play if you enjoy beautiful trees and great greens . Staff friendly . The manor house hotel looked excellent and inviting to stay and play . Challenging but fair for all levels . It would be good to Experience off the championship tees next trip .

Just beautiful...we had the 2 day package and it was excellent value for the cost...

We often come down to Orange to play Golf. I’m from Warringah and have reciprocal arrangements. The service provided by Nathan from booking to playing was exceptional.
