Pandora Eastgardens

We’ve just left the Pandora store at Eastgardens and I felt I had to leave this review. Yesterday my husband purchased a ring for me here, but unfortunately it was placed in the box in the wrong size (the receipt showed one size, but the ring inside was another). Earlier today we had a disappointing experience at another branch when trying to exchange it. However, Aria handled everything beautifully. She was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. The exchange was done smoothly and without any issues, and we felt truly looked after as customers. The service was so lovely that I ended up purchasing another ring as well! Thank you Aria for turning the situation around and delivering the kind of customer service we expect from Pandora. We really appreciated it. ✨

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. During Black Friday promotions, this store had only one person working at the counter. I waited in line for over 30 minutes and nothing happened — no movement, no assistance, no sense of urgency. I eventually gave up and left without buying anything, even though I was ready and determined to make a purchase. They literally lost a sale because of their poor service. Completely unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back.

My daughter bought a charm which has now broken for the second time within a matter of days, and the Eastgardens store is refusing to refund. Evidently they are not aware of Australian consumer law, or just choose to ignore, or bully 12 year Olds, but if an item purchased is "not fit for purpose", a full refund needs to be offered by the merchant.

Worst customer service in all Sydney. Not once or twice, every single time that I’ve been there to buy or change any product, I have the worst experience at Pandora.

Sophie was super helpful with creating bracelets to suit my sister and my vastly different styles !!! Thanks 💖

It was my first time ever bying Pandora for myself. The lady was so kind and helpful. I worried if my bracelet didn't look that amazing but then she said it was my bracelet and it shouldn't affect me if anyone might love it or not.

I had the most pleasant store experience thanks to the lovely shopping assistant Cassie. She was so helpful and well informed, making shopping for a valentines gift so much easier. She helped me pick out a gorgeous bracelet and charm that my valentine loved. The store has a great selection of jewellery for all occasions. Thank you Cassie for your help and expertise!
