Have been a customer of Epiphany Jewellers at Eastgardens for years. Always friendly and professional service. Just bought a pair of gorgeous gold earrings for my God daughter's 21st and she loved them. Rita found the perfect pair which I couldn't find anywhere else. Great price and beautifully boxed. Very happy and highly recommended.

These guys are the best, they made my fiancés engagement ring with 1 weeks notice and it is amazing. Highly recommend.

Do not go here. I took a necklace here to fix the clasp, it was $45, instead of fixing it they made it 10cm longer and then denied this. Instead of listening to me, they argued with me and told me I was wrong and they did not add to the length despite me showing photo evidence of this (and showing on a ruler how long it was compared to when it was purchased). Despite all the mistakes- their customer service was awful, the owner told me he "doesn’t care" and that he would never refund. Another lady in there was also incredibly rude and condescending, there was a nice lady who I feel very sorry for as she had excellent customer service so she should definitely consider moving elsewhere. If you’d like to be made to cry and bullied when buying jewellery - definetely go here 🙂 I also asked the owner about his bad reviews and he said he doesn’t care! Imagine not caring how your business looks.
