Magnolia Silver Jewellery

1.2

Magnolia Silver Jewellery, located in Eastgardens, offers a curated selection of affordable silver pieces, appealing to those seeking quality without premium pricing. The store’s designs stand out for their craftsmanship and variety, making it a noteworthy choice for everyday or special occasion accessories.

While the product quality and value are commendable, interactions with staff have occasionally fallen short. Some customers report feeling pressured or disrespected during consultations, which can detract from the overall shopping experience. A more attentive and respectful approach would better align with the store’s strengths.

Great jewellery, staff not great. Pushy woman started to passive aggressively bully me when I asked her to stop putting necklaces on me. I told her I wasn't shopping for a necklace, yet she continued to put necklaces in front of me. When I asked her (for the third time) to show me only earrings and rings she called me hysterical and laughed in my face. Then she tried to convince my parents to buy the necklace for me! No means no. Please learn to respect your customers. If I hadn't travelled to that Westfield to specifically purchase Magnolia jewellery I would have walked away. Great jewellery, excellent price point. Avoid the South African woman. She left a bad taste in my mouth.
