I’m a returning customer, expressing the issues I’ve had with the butterfly backing of my studs. I dealt with the manager Chloe who was very condescending not sympathetic at all. The response I kept getting was we are just sales people, we’re not a jeweller. I don’t understand how an individual who works for a high-end jeweller does not take pride in their role of assisting the consumer with their concerns regarding a product that was purchased two weeks ago. If you want to experience poor customer service and arrogant behaviour than be my guest and visit this location as I will never return to Tiffany Bondi Junction again. I’ve only ever dealt with the Pitt Street Sydney store and they have been excellent.

Had a warm welcome by the staff, Tibor then took me through a couple of options regarding the items I was interested in, even to the point of having some of the female staff try them on for the appearance. Totally impressed and very comfortable, twisting my arm and convincing me of a much nicer option I hadn't thought of. Warm wishes to all the staff who helped me in my purchase.

Customer service has been wonderful, especially from Jada, and Lucas B. Am always greeted with a smile, and the upmost professionalism and courtesy from all staff. The store is always immaculate, and clean, and I love the fact that Tiffany and Co provide complimentary alteration service, and a free drink on arrival. I also like that the store is on one level, compared to the Tiffany & Co store in the Sydney CBD, where we were told we had to book an appointment to look upstairs. I will be back!

This is a mixed review. Lucus who was the operations manager for Bondi store was extremely helpful, caring and very easy to talk to. Lucus helped me understand the process of my repairs, unfortunately there has been many due to poor quality. I came back to find out he left and was devastated, the person who helped me had no idea what she was doing and looked a little like she wanted to be elsewhere. Bring back Lucas

Booked in to have my Tiffany and Co necklace cleaned. Whilst the staff member was lovely, I am disappointed to be charged $30 for a clean that took two minutes and didn’t look it had been professionally cleaned. Definitely not worth paying $30 for this service. Would not recommend this service.

I have visited the store a couple of weeks ago to ask about one of the latest designs that I had in mind to purchase. My friend who frequents this store for her jewellery purchases, told me to ask for Tibor who gave her a good impression and an optimal service. Though they didn’t have the jewellery in my size, I was very warmly greeted and served by the Manager Kyle and Tibor. Even though I didn’t end up buying anything that day, I would definitely return to this store whenever Kyle and Tibor are on duty.

Tibor offered such a great service. I had been looking at the hardware necklace chain for a while and visited the store last week to take a look at a few necklaces. I only stayed about 5 minutes as I was in a rush. Today I went back in to check more necklaces. From the moment my husband and I walked in, Tibor made us feel welcome and special. His customer service was personal and exemplary. For us, this was the benchmark of customer service in Australia. Quite frankly, Tibor convinced me to buy a necklace today as I was very undecided. He truly made all the difference, and helped me realise it was as a once in a lifetime purchase. What a great Tiffany and Co brand ambassador. Thank you so much, Tibor. You made my year!
