Not only is the overall experience in this store incredible, but the girls who work there are some of the sweetest and most helpful people I’ve ever been served by. AM jewellery is truly second to none. I own around six pieces of Alana Maria jewellery and love every single one. My aunty and cousin both wear her pieces too. I also love that I can shop in-store at Bondi 🩶

Absolutely stunning jewellery!! Waterproof so you dob’t have to worry about taking it off for shower or a swim. The sweetest staff and most beautiful pieces!!

To the founder Alana Ellis-I hope you read this. I don’t care how nice your jewellery is, I will NEVER purchase from you again and will definitely let people know how horrendous your customer service has been. I’ve been Waiting 7 weeks for my order and even went into the store to check what was going on, I’ve tried calling so many times with no answer, written half a dozen emails, commented on FB posts to get your attention but it seems Head-office has stopped communicating with EVERYONE who has orders and you have a heck of a lot of very unhappy customers. You should have been more organised during your Black Friday sales or at least be honest and tell your customers there are huge delays. I saw on your FB page that you’re playing silly pranks on each other and going skydiving, my goodness instead of doing this rubbish why don’t you focus on customer service and let us know where our paid orders from November are!!

Absolutely obsessed with my new bracelet from Alana Maria Jewellery 🤍 The quality is incredible, it feels so well made and luxe, and I honestly haven’t taken it off since I got it. Such a beautiful piece that goes with everything. Highly recommend!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Major delay in order, and they sent an entirely different bracelet which I don’t want. Not to mention cancelled the other item. 0 stars.

I hope the owner can read this. I went to the store on saturday to buy a necklace and there were 4 staff at the store. One of them a girl with dark long hair, skinny and tanned was so rude when i asked her for help. I felt i was like disturbing her just because i asked for the price. And also all of them chatting each other and i saw múltiple times they went to the room at the back and leaving the store unnatendad. I saw as well some of the jewelery on the floor or on top of the benches... For sure someone can take advantage of this and steal something from there. Customer service was really awful.

Extremely disappointing and incompetent customer service. I placed my order almost two months ago and still have not received any of my items. Originally, this was meant to be a click and collect from the Bondi store. I was notified that my order was ready, drove over more than an hour to collect it, only to be told in store that none of my items could be found in back of house. The staff said they would take down my details and follow up within the day— I never heard anything back. Since then, I have emailed Alana Maria’s customer service team multiple times with no response. I also called up with headquarters, where they again took my details and told me some of the items was still out of stock (this was over two weeks ago). I was told the order would be shipped to my home within 3 business days, yet I have received no updates, no tracking, and no communication. At this point, it has been two months with zero accountability, zero customer care and no resolution. I placed this order at the beginning of November, expecting it would be ready well in time for Christmas, especially as several of the items were intended as gifts. Christmas has now passed and I still have not received any of the items I paid for. I spent a significant amount of money and for the level of service I’ve received — the lack of communication and organisation is unacceptable, especially for the price I am paying for these. If I could give NO STARS, I would. It is extremely frustrating, I would not recommend ordering unless you are prepared to chase endlessly with no guarantee of receiving your items. EDIT**: I am coming back after seeing so many people having the same issues as myself, I hope the owners of Alana Maria can own up to this problem instead of having bots or using fake customers to flood with 5 star reviews multiple times a day of the same messages that are clearly not honest and truthful reviews from people who have shopped here. It is clearly seen and obvious that the last real review was a couple months ago and when everyone started having this delivery issue that multiple dishonest and fake reviews have been written to increase the ratings of this company and brand. I’m truly dishearten how we as consumers have been treated especially coming from a loyal customer and buyer for this brand.
