I took my gold cross pendant in to be fixed, and when they asked if there was another piece, I said there wasn’t. When I picked it up and got home, I realised I’d made a mistake and couldn’t put the cross back on the chain. I called to ask how much it would cost to fix it again, and they were so kind and understanding that they had to redo the work but didn’t charge me anything extra. The turnaround was super quick and the quality was excellent. Thank you so much

Beautiful necklace given as a gift purchased from Jacobsons Jewellery in Bondi Junction for my daughter. It required a small repair as she wore it to the gym and caught it on the equipment. Customer service at Jacobsons was brilliant they repaired it free of charge and so quickly. Which enabled her to wear it to a special event. The jewellery pieces in their store are unique, and stunning.

Been wanting to buy a watch at this place for awhile. Ended up buying two at once. Staff were lovely and happy to help me try on 4 watches before I could decide on one. Will be buying another watch there later this year. They even did a complementary linkage removal. They have some amazing watches there. Worth a visit

I went in today to have my necklace fixed and I have to say the service was A1. I think the young ladies name was Julia, not only was she incredibly knowledgeable but so helpful and assisted me with multiple requests. Though I have been into this store previously, I went in today based on online reviews and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend this business.

Amazing and super helpful! I stopped by with a severely tangled fine necklace with a massive knot that seemed impossible to untangle. They immediately stepped in to help me out and managed to untangle it completely – super patient and careful, and even took the time to untangle some smaller knots. All free of charge.
