Today my daughter and I went into the new MH store in Bondi Junction. We asked about 10 carat gold as we were unfamiliar with it. We then received a very dodgy spiel about 10 carat being the most popular gold in Canada, and due to MH's affiliation in Canada, it was deemed better to bring 10 carat to Australia. It felt like a load of rubbish and turns out it was. Why not just be honest saying the lower amount of gold makes the products more affordable.

I recently visited Michael Hill Bondi Junction looking for our wedding bands. I was assisted by Hassan who spent time ensuring that we’d covered all potential options (with a tricky to match engagement ring) and felt no pressure at all to purchase, encouraged to take photos and consider the different options. I revisited a week later, and was helped again by Hassan who helped me find the perfect ring! He was kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Adore this new store. Hassan (Store Manager)was incredibly helpful with an issue I had loading the warranty for my diamond engagement ring on to the new digital system. Besides the 5 star customer service the store is beautiful. This is now my 'go-to Michael Hill store.
