I just wanted to say a big thank you to Rosie for being incredibly helpful with my purchase. She is absolutely amazing and have to say, A+++ for her service & going above and beyond. I went to Georg Jenson looking for a sterling silver children's cutlery set. Rosie found one and ordered it in for me as it wasn't in the store. Once it arrived, I was disappointed to see it was much smaller than expected. Rosie wasn't in at this time but her colleagues had said there were no other alternatives and to just pay for it and get a store credit and buy something else. I left a little disappointed and resigned myself to getting a set that I wasn't quite happy with. Before I could go back to pick up the cutlery set, Rosie called me and expressed that she was sorry I was disappointed in the set and found other pieces that were slightly larger. She asked if I'd like them to order it in and it was at the store a few days later for me to buy and pay the difference for. A huge thank you to Rosie once again - I will only buy from her in future Georg Jensen purchases.

Having had the need to exchange an item given to me, at Georg Jensen in Bondi Junction, I was astounded at the kindness, generosity, and efficiency of the staff I dealt with in the store. Its one thing to receive outstanding attention when buying an item, but it is quite a different matter to receive the same attention when taking something back to exchange it. Amazing service.

Impeccable customer service, particularly from Rosie! Helped us secure our dream Fusion rings, and was just as excited as we were when we presented them to each other! The follow up has been amazing too. Could not recommend the Georg Jensen Bondi Junction team highly enough!

What a wonderful, classy store. Such beautiful things, and the staff are welcoming, friendly and very professional. I find this store much nicer to visit than the City stores, where the staff can be a little aloof and distant. Need a gift? You're sure to find it here!
