Tik Tok Watch Centre Pty Ltd

Took my two old watches in this morning to get batteries replaced, they found one was not working so despite carrying out the replacement battery they did not charge. Old fashioned good old service is missed by so many these days, when you get charged even if things dont happen.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately couldn't save my watch but appreciated the honesty and they suggested other possible solutions which was fantastic. Hopefully we'll be able to do business in the future. Definitely recommended. Thank you.

Took two mechanical watches to get fixed and serviced two years ago. Was told unable to find parts unable to fix service. Timely communication and refunded my deposit. I threw the one I had dropped out but kept the one with very little damage as it stopped ticking one day. i found it still in the drawer unable to throw it away as I enjoyed this watch, did my research and found I can buy the entire movement for around 150 dollars. Mind U it's a cheap watch but still I enjoyed this watch will go elsewhere. Guess they only do high end stuff.

I took my old watch to this store. Initially I hoped it just had some problem with its battery because it is affordable. But I know there are some problem in it because I repaired it before. The staff was really nice. He checked it for me and told me it still works ，just stopped a moment，no need to pay and gave me good advice. I really appreciate it. The attitude is excellent！

Very kind employee. Very professional. I can also add, now that I got back my watch, that the person who fixed my watch is great. My 20 year old watch is as good as new...See the picture 🙂 I strongly recommend this place! I will be back soon with my other old watches to fix!

I've dealt with Tik Tok twice, once years ago in the CBD and once via post to this Berwick location. They're really knowledgeable about Casio watches (Baby-G in my case) and are even able to contact Casio directly for info or to order in parts if needed. Their service is just really good all round, too. They talk you through everything really kindly and handle problems really well - even though I did the entire thing through post and never actually went to Berwick, I always knew what was going on and what to expect. Really impressed and will definitely be back!

Fantastic service from the Tik Tok team. I have been a repeat customer over the last 3 years getting batteries changed, strap adjustments etc... I just returned again to get more maintenance done on a few watches. They are honest, up front about (reasonable) pricing and really friendly as well.
