Edit to review - Received my order of a limited release coin, they had finger prints and scratches on them (not just on the capsule) bit unimpressed to say the least. Paid a premium and got less than a premium product. Can't buy them now, so I guess these will have to do. If I was ever going to try to on sell to a collector, I would be unable now. Drew did offer the option of a full refund if I sent them back, however it doesn't really fix the issue that occurred in the first place. A little more care when packing would go a long way. Saying all that, drew responded to my email about the issue exceptionally quick and did offer a solution in his eyes. Original review - Short and sweet review. Bullion now - Took 2 weeks to complete my order for 2 ounces that were in stock!! Berwick Bullion - less than 24 hours to process AND ship my order! Great work guys, I'll be back for sure. Thanks.

They're always courteous, professional, and transparent in their communication. JAN26 - Tough to be a bullion dealer in these crazy times for the precious metals space. I was easily able to place my order online. Communication was excellent, emailed when order filled, and another when dispatched. Package was received well wrapped and ozpost managed to deliver in good time! I take my hat off to the team at Berwick Bullion for keeping pretty much on top of things as I'm sure the demand on their services is at peak fever pitch.

Dropped in the shop one afternoon after making an appt. Drew was say to deal with and very reasonable with his prices. He has a deep knowledge of the bullion and always willing to share. A easy 5 stars from me

Picked up my first order, service 5 stars. Order process and confirmation for pick up was super fast. I asked to get my products tested on the gold testing device products as described. I've also asked to buy some empty coin tube but instead he gave two tubes for free. Will definitely buy again! 👍👍👍
