Anthony & Sylvia brought my vision to life with my beautiful custom ring. They exceeded my expectations and experience and they have been a pleasure to deal with. I will be passing this down to my daughter some day! This ring symbolises so much to me and I will always treasure it.

Called them up for a quote on a basic watch service. Was told it would take a $100 non-refundable cost, to even get an estimate, which is pretty disappointing for standard watch service. I would expect something like this: - Basic service $250-350 - Any additional parts But here they basically don't give you any estimate whatsoever, which is pretty poor customer service. If you are after a watch service - go elsewhere.

I brought in a very special ring that was due for some serious TLC. Sylvia was so helpful in explaining the process and providing me assurance that my ring would be well looked after, it felt like it meant just as much to them and it did to me. Could not recommend Berwick Village Jewellers more.

Outstanding Service from Tik Tok Watch Repairs! I had a great experience with Tik Tok. After getting my watch battery replaced at Mr. Minit, it stopped functioning properly. A friend recommended I try Tik Tok, and I'm so glad I did! Even though I traveled nearly 80 km from Werribee to Berwick, it was absolutely worth it. The customer service was outstanding—they diagnosed and fixed my watch in just 5 minutes! In Melbourne, while many places sell watches, it's rare to find someone who actually knows how to fix them properly. Tik Tok really stands out in that regard. Highly recommended!
