I had an amazing experience with Johny and the team! Johny redesigned my grandmother’s ring to perfectly match what I was looking for, and the result was absolutely beautiful. He handled such a sentimental piece with so much care and attention to detail, and the turnaround time was great as well. They are incredibly lovely and welcoming, which made the whole process even more special. Johny even offered a free polish for my wedding ring — such a generous and thoughtful gesture. I couldn’t be happier with the service and craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

Johnny and Lama were absolutely lovely and so professional! I came in to get a watch repaired that I had taken to several local places before, but no one was able to fix it — Johnny managed to repair it perfectly. I also decided to redesign a ring using my existing gold, and they did an incredible job with it. I’m so happy with how it turned out and couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Really friendly staff and good service, however if you want to get your mechanical watches serviced and running well, I would look elsewhere. Few issues with mine: - Dial has debris/oil marks - Hour and minute hands not aligned - Accuracy is poor - around -30 spd
