Banksia Orange

Had a corporate event at the Banksia Orange. It was quite a fabulous venue and well suited for our event. Plenty of seating for a crowd of 160+ people. Food was served in a very efficient manner and wait staff were very polite and took care to explain the menu/food being served.

We cannot speak highly enough of Banksia Orange for our wedding catering and drinks service. They were beyond anything we expected and truly helped make our day unforgettable. From the very beginning of the process right through to the wedding day itself, we felt completely looked after. The communication, planning, and attention to detail were exceptional, and on the day, everything ran seamlessly. The food and drinks were simply outstanding. We had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding food and alcohol they have ever had — which says so much! Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, and the drinks service was just as impressive. A very special mention to Georgia, who went above and beyond. Having canapés and cocktails ready to go immediately post-ceremony, presented on a silver tray, was such a thoughtful and seamless touch. Her energy, professionalism, and genuine effort did not go unnoticed. She brought such a positive presence to the day and made everything feel effortless. If you are considering Banksia Orange for your wedding, don’t hesitate — they exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We are so incredibly grateful for the amazing experience they created for us and our guests.

Georgia was incredible at coordinating every detail of the day, managing vendors seamlessly, and truly listening to our vision—then bringing all our wedding dreams to life. Sarah worked her magic with the flowers and decor; her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were unmatched, and she sourced everything we loved, making both the ceremony and reception absolutely stunning. Dom and the kitchen team delivered the most incredible food—our guests are still talking about it! We honestly cannot fault the Banksia team in any way. They are truly the dream team and made our wedding an unforgettable and stress free experience.

My husband and I were married at Banksia in September this year. We had the privilege to be the first wedding at the venue. From the moment we enquired, Holly was amazing. Throughout our planning we felt confident that Holly and the team understood what we wanted and took care to make sure our day was special and stress free. They accommodated so many of our requests and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone raved about the venue and the food and being catered by The Union Bank, the food was absolutely incredible and there was more than enough for our guests. On the day Joe took such great care us making sure that everything at the reception ran smoothly and looked fantastic. The care, consideration and attention to detail provided by the Banksia team made our wedding flawless and we can't recommend them enough

Our work team recently celebrated our Christmas party at Banksia, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were wonderfully attentive, the setting was beautiful, and the food was truly five-star quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and felt incredibly well looked after. I highly recommend Banksia to anyone wanting to treat their hard-working team to something a little bit special.
