I had threading done today by Vida, and she was absolutely excellent. The service was outstanding, with great attention to detail. I never felt rushed, and my skin didn’t break out afterwards. I’ll be visiting the Mornington branch specifically so Vida can always do my threading. Truly high-quality service! thank you, Vida

I went in for an eyebrow wax and tint and specifically asked for a light tint and just a tidy up. During the wax, the skin around my brows and eyelids was burnt. I was told it was "just a little bit red" and they continued with the tint anyway and put cream on my eyelids which made it worse. I was told the tint would be left on for 5 minutes, but it was left on for around 15 minutes, making my brows much darker than requested. The original therapist then left and another staff member removed the tint. When I raised concerns about the burning, I was simply told to go to the chemist and put ice on it. No proper aftercare was provided, and they didn’t have any ice or anything to assist with the burning they had caused. I’m now dealing with extreme redness and irritation under my brows and am very disappointed with the lack of care.

I am very disappointed. I came in for an eyebrow wax, tint and lip wax. I asked for a lighter colour for my tint and the beauty tech convince me it should be darker and it should only be left on for 5 mins. I have golden blonde hair with highlights, so i did want the light brown shade but she went with medium. She left on it longer and now my eyebrows are closer to a black. I could cry. Today is my 40th birthday and the photos are going to look awful. I am so disappointed. Also, I didn't really like the "shame sale pitch". I am okay with my tint chin hairs - this is all hormonal.

I went in to get a lash lift and both my eyes came out completely different, one eyelash was sticking to my eyelid and the other eyelash hardly lifted properly. I went to someone else after to get it fixed and then was told that one of my eyelash was over lifted and basically fried. I have uploaded photos as proof for the difference between both of them.

Had a wonderful experience here with Fatima!! I had lash lift & Tint, Eyebrow & Tint. Both look amazing, my lashes are so hard to lift but she made it happen. I’m in awww about it. Thank you Fatima!

I attended today for brow threading. I have attached pictures below as I feel like it speaks volumes. The lady who did my brows also lied to me after she was done stating I have a "Rash" as if I hadn’t looked myself in the mirror before I left my home. I did not have a rash she blatantly lied to my face to cover up her inability to safely perfume a brow threading. I called as well asking for an apology and either store credit in future or refund as the condition I left in was not acceptable. I have been getting my brows threaded for many years and have never left so cut up and bleeding before. Extremely disappointed in lack of accountability and professionalism shown in this establishment. Will also be escalating with my bank if I don’t hear back to settle this amicably as I did not pay for cut up skin and scarring on my face.

Just got my brows done there, shaped and tinted, one of the ladies was amazing and did my friends so good but the lady I got completely took off half my eyebrow, the shaping was shocking, I asked for a arch and she messed it completely. So angry I am not going back
