Completely understaffed. No one is ever at the front desk, very unprofessional, I’ve seen potential clients walk out after waiting for 10 minutes. I’ve waited 45 minutes for my appointment once, the poor girls are lovely but are stretched so thin. One of their machines broke and wasn’t getting fixed so I had to transfer my packages to another treatment, only for that machine to break too, so my appointment was cancelled and I couldn’t use my last 2 sessions before I moved house. Have asked for a refund as I now live an hour away, and was told no refunds but that it was being escalated to management.

Have had 2 seasons now both ladies were amazing everyone is super helpful. I was really nervous about it being painful they checked in regularly. Turns out it’s no where near as bad as I thought. I got to my appointment 20 minutes early the lady was about to have lunch I was happy to wait but instead she brought me in early and got me done I really loved that. Why I didn’t get laser sooner is beyond me it’s so much quicker than waxing. The clinic is clean and inviting.

Long time customer, this past year had a lot of issues with online account and the limitted appointment availability for botox is a little frustrating, I was considering going elsewhere however decided to book. I call customer service and booked botox. I then specifically say my lazer bundles are missing from my account account, I think they have expired (I have lost a session previously as they had expired but others have disappeared due to glitches as well) the lady specifically says no no you have two left, they dont expire until November, ive had a few people say thing's missing from their account recently, we then proceed to book 06/03 and then i book again for August just so its booked in. Skip ahead to friday night, dont make any plans, shower, prepare for lazer, drive back to bayside, pay for parking, wait ten minutes, get on the table, lady runs through the questions and asks at the end you agree to pay and im like sorry what and then I say I have two prepaid left, bit of back and forth, apparently I dont have any left as they have expired and she refuses to honour the appointment. Dont have time for slopinesses, lost customer

Amazing service from a lady named Fryal. She was friendly and professional, ensured to continuously ask about my comfort and safety and proceeded to give the most gentle facial treatment. Love it. Highly recommend.

My friend and I are in our 60s and had never had a facial before. We both found it very relaxing and thought Trinity was professional and knew what she was doing. We did however think it was a little bit pricey but understand tha they use products and the machinery. Would recommend this to others who want to feel refreshed.

Do not book, they do not honour pre-paid plans. They cancelled an appointment 1 hour before my wife's session then refused to extend or refund her booking because it had expired when she tried to rebook.

Refused an appointment due to an expiry of credit after 3 months, even though they cancelled the booking that was inside the 3 months to then schedule this booking. The Asian girl was so rude and obnoxious and the managers need to really look at who they hire. Phoning the company was also no help. What has become of customer service these days. Tried again to resolve this and got no where. This companies management is ridiculous and I’m shocked at the attitude. Have spent $1000’s at this place but never again. Basically just took my last $200 with no care.
