NATURAL NAILS BEAUTY BAYSIDE FRANKSTON

Absolutely love my nails! Best nail salon I’ve been to, the worker actually stays with you the whole time and finishes your nails instead of doing one step and going to do someone else’s and you’re not left waiting 20 minutes waiting for them to come back like every other nail salon does. They really take the time to perfect your nails as well instead of rushing to get you out. I was so happy and impressed how my nails turned out and I’ve had so many compliments on them. Definitely will be coming back!

Terrible experience. Showed them a photo and explained exactly what I wanted. Colour was wrong so I asked them to fix it. They were rude and made my nails bleed. It looks like they have painted whiteout on top of my nails. At the end she tried to charge me full price and I said that I would give them $50 which was generous enough for something I should’ve gotten for free. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.

I thought clients were too close to each other as I got some nail filings flying on my arm from the client next to me. The time they took to clean up my cuticles was amazing though

Acrylic nails Amazing service, very nice and friendly and got served quickly. My nails turned out exactly as I wanted them, the nail tech listened very well to my specific request. This is only my second time getting Acrylic nails and I don't know if it's just the way they are, but they seem very thick, hopefully this just means they will last longer. I also have no patience when it comes to sitting still and it took around an hour which I was very fidgety by the end of and was glad to leave. Overall though, a great experience, I would reccomend.

It really depends on who you get. Some of the staff are friendly and passionate, which I truly appreciate. However, my overall experience was quite inconsistent. During my pedicure, three different people worked on my feet, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable and confused. For my manicure, the lady who served me was not very friendly, and her attitude could have been better.

Third time I have been to this salon and I will be returning regularly. Both times have been a peaceful and relaxing experience. My nail technician is very gentle and kind, to me and my nails. She did as I requested. I am very happy. Staff is friendly and professional. Premises is very clean and tidy. Thank you xx
