I just received my Love bracelet today，it looks beautiful, but I was really disappointed to find that when I opened the button, some of the gold plating had already worn off, showing silver underneath. For a brand new item, this kind of defect shouldn’t happen, especially considering the price. I’ve contacted the seller to request a replacement. Hopefully, the issue can be resolved, but this experience was quite disappointing for such a lovely piece.

I had a fantastic experience getting piercings done by Janine. The store and piercing space are spotless and have a very calm atmosphere. Janine talked me through the process and aftercare tips. She clearly has a lot of knowledge, experience and a passion for what she does. She made me feel very calm and the piercing was over in seconds. I was very excited after purchasing a ring with a September birthstone for my sister. Very disappointed as the ring didn't even last a year!! I tried with emails, but zero responsibility on the owner's side (15% discount is a joke). Absolutely ridiculous for a jewellery to be this quality. Kmart lasts longer 😭 I love supporting a small business but this is just wrong.

I had 3 piercings at ByCharlotte in Paddington in 2025, at the same time purchased 3 flat-back earrings at $180 ea. My earrings, now that over 6 months has passed, don't sit flat or feel secure. They still turn when I hold the back securely and turn clockwise. I'm concerned I'll lose them, they're very, very small. They have come out in the past. When I contacted ByCharlotte I was told I might need shorter posts even though I downsized at $50 per post. I was offered a 10% discount on even shorter posts but the posts I have are so short its almost impossible to hold them in place as it is. I won't pay again for shorter posts or for what might be faulty threads. I was never made aware that this could happen. I so wish I had purchased earrings with butterfly clasps at the back. They would have been so much easier to handle.

This team is absolutely amazing, they are kind and great at responding to emails. I reached out to them with an issue and I received communication and a solution in under 2 days time. I would 100% recommend this company as their jewellery is high quality and their customer service is just amazing!

My daughter bought me a pair of beautiful earrings with small drop pearls for Xmas. Unfortunately one of them slipped off down a drain and we were unable to retrieve it. I contacted by Charlotte and whilst they didn't have any spares of my particular pearl they had 2 larger pearls which they sent by express post and are beautiful. So appreciative of the empathy and quick response by Lilly to my dilemma. Forever grateful!

I have bought several pieces from necklaces to rings to bracelets, By Charlotte is actually on the other side of the world for me but that doesnt keep me from shopping there. I bought a vermeil ring and the quality was great and and even more great for the money. I bought a 18k vermeil necklace and it had a brown spot when delivered, a quick email to the customer service and the help from lilly was absolutly amazing. In total i bought 5 pieces from solid gold to vermeil and the quality is great. ill keep comming back in the future!
