I had a lot of old broken pieces of jewellery and took it into them to be made into something else. Oh my word, they did an amazing job.🤩If you need repairs or your old jewellery to be made into a new piece and don't know what you want, they have a lady who can design whatever you want. They honest, reliable and very affordable. I've taken my stuff into other jewellers and have been quoted ridiculous prices just for melting my own jewellery into something else. I absolutely will not go anywhere else, even just for simple repairs. Their stuff is amazing and I will buy any future jewellery from them only, 100%

I went with my fiancé to choose his wedding ring, it was after visited several jewelry stores with limited options, we found Underwoods, which has a wide variety of men's rings. We bought a custom ring, reduced my engagement ring size, and polished my wedding band. We are so grateful to Amber, who was so kind and helpful, guiding us through the entire process. We also thank Neil for designing my fiancé's wedding band exactly as he envisioned it.

It was a pleasure to work with Neil on a very special piece. My fiancé proposed with his great grandmothers ring and we wanted to have it re-designed to better represent us. We loved the new design right away and we were very pleased that the centre stone from the ring was able to be kept completely unchanged, setting and all, to keep a little bit of the old ring as it was...
