Pre-ordered & paid for something online & just needed to collect it. I lined up at the registers and was told the 'click & collect' area is at the back of the store. The girl at the registers made an announcement to ensure another staff member was available to help. It makes sense not having to line up for something you've already paid for. The item was gift wrapped which was a nice touch. I recommend buying online if wanting to skip the queue & save time.

Huge shout‑out to Caitlin for her amazing customer service. I came in looking for a few specific items, and she went above and beyond — actually hunting them down like a retail detective on a mission. Friendly, patient, and genuinely happy to help, she turned what could’ve been a frustrating search into an easy, pleasant experience. If every store had a Caitlin, shopping would be a lot less stressful and a lot more fun.

Had an amazing experience with the staff at the store today (Xmas Eve). The store was very busy but when I asked for assistance to find something, a staff named Emity was extremely helpful, though I found the woman at the register quote abrasive and rude. Overall, it was a great experience under stressful times. Store overall seemed quite well maintained, clean and tidy.

Rachael, the manager was so friendly and helpful actively looking for solutions for my wardrobe challenge! First class service.

Hi ,I visited best and less northlakes on the weekend,looking for nighties for my grandchild ,glancing about I must of looked alittle lost , a lovely young girl by the name of kalysia , approached me asking can she assist me and pointed me in right direction but really went out of her way as I didn't grasp it first time ,where she was pointing , explained again and told me and pointed out the sale signs and could also find them there , and maybe here she was so lovely and knowledgeable , and told me please don't hesitate if you need any more assistance, as she then left to ask someone else if she could help them , I seen her flit about helping several ,as luck would have it , I ended up going threw her checkout and I was so impressed with her and her demeanour,i asked her to write her name on back of the receipt, so I could leave a review , if she isn't already , shes management material, and I hope gets recognised for a job well done thnx you for making my experience great

Always have such friendly service when I visit this store. But today whilst shopping for something I had an interaction with Sarsha (sorry if I have spelt it incorrectly) she was friendly, welcoming and most of all happy to help and provide information. She was not only knowledgeable but spent the time to explain the different options of online shopping and offer up her thoughts of what would work best. It’s nice this store always has friendly staff & not just some kids moping about to pass the time.

I went to to buy a shirt that I had already brought because I love it. They were out of stock and the lady said they will be getting more. Asked if I’d like a person call when they arrive and how many did I want. Great service, very impressed! Thank you Beat and Less North Lakes!
