I visited the Decjuba store where my daughter works to exchange an item I had purchased online. I was assisted by a lovely team member named Ally, who made the entire process smooth and effortless. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. I truly appreciated her support it made all the difference. Thank you, Ally, for making the experience so easy and pleasant!

The new managers in this store are amazing. I don't normally shop at this store, so when I walked in, I wasn't expecting much. These girls blew me away. Yvette and Tia were so attentive, knowledgeable, and funny. I had a great shopping experience, they gave me so many new outfit ideas, I look forward to going back and taking my daughter with me.

Ella was absolutely amazing! I've always struggled to change my style and try new things, thinking jeans didn't suit my body type. Ella suggested various styles for me to try, and she completely changed my perspective after years of feeling stuck and self-conscious. She brought me out of my shell and made me feel comfortable again – something priceless. Her level of customer service goes above and beyond what you'd expect at a clothing store. I hope to see her again!

Just went in to purchase something on behalf of a friend who stays in NSW. De-Luxe Quilted Trench coat size S, beautiful coat. This place is not normally a place I would see myself walking into without my daughter or a size I would as for 😂😂 BUT I was really appreciative of the friendly & polite staff member Caitlin who assisted me. Beautiful smile and no judgement. Gave me all the information needed and signed me up as a new member so my friend could easily sort any issues out with there NSW store if receipt was lost during transit by using my email. I was out of there in under 10mins so service was really fast and efficient. Thank you for the amazing customer service with a beautiful smile that’s missing in a-lot of high end retail stores.

Go in store and ask for ELLA. Best service ever - my partner and I had an absolute ball with her!!! What a joy to shop with. They have employed a gem!
