Customer BEWARE, have just lodged a complaint with Dept. Of Fair Trading Qld. Purchased 3 garaged door remotes after being told to buy the more expensive ones as cheaper were unreliable and to sinc with garage door was sent a video and assured any idiot could do it. And yes it was a very simple process but it didnt work, we had 2 other people try. Tried to return 90 mins later as they did not do what we purchased them to do and was told no return for change of mind. It was not a change of mind, it did not meet the needs of what it was purchased to do. My husband was told they worked. Andy said he would come to our house and do it next week but quite frankly we dont want someone who now presented as untrustworthy in our house, we dont know him? We simply wanted the $289.85 refunded. UPDATE: called the 1800 number and spoke to a lady who was going to look into this matter and call me back - and of course no return phone call 😡

Went to the Chermside Mister Minit to get a couple copies of my letterbox key and they screwed it up. I brought the copies in here and they were able to identify the mistake and fix it very quickly and completely free of charge! Will definitely be back for any key-related needs when I’m in the area in future.

I was beginning my holiday flying out at 11.50pm from Brisbane International airport & went to North lakes Shopping centre near closing time for a dinner reservation when I noticed the sole of my shoes coming off, the wonderful staff there offered to apply some glue to temporarily fix my shoes to get me out of trouble, very helpful & appreciate the staff going out of their way to help me.

Absolutely amazing service from Shaun and Riley, good price and done quickly.I told them it was a wedding gift and they took their time to make sure it was perfect, double checking I was happy with the placement and size and helping me pick the perfect font and giving advice without taking over. Not only was he friendly, upbeat, professional, and accommodating, but he fixed my shoes while I waited and with a fantastic attitude too.
