Target Frankston

Extending compliments to team member ‘Bronwyn’ who demonstrated exceptional customer service towards my mum and I on 7/12/25. Bronwyn was especially helpful and efficient when processing our purchases at the customer service counter. Bronwyn was so pleasant and sweet, and even enthusiastically offered to check for additional stock of some jeans for us out the back, which there was! Bronwyn created a very positive shopping experience for us and we hope she is recognised and rewarded for the superior customer service she provides at Target Frankston.

While shopping at Target, I noticed a teenage employee named Bailey slipping PS5 games into his uniform pants near the electronics section. It was extremely disappointing to see this from a staff member. I strongly urge Target management to review the security footage and take immediate action, as this behaviour reflects poorly on the store and violates customer trust.

The Target was a bit rough compared to the ones in the US. The location is huge, but they sell like 90% clothing, the lights are halfway off so it feels like a warehouse or something less pleasant, there was a whole section of empty shelves with no products, and non existent or maybe hidden fitting room. They should just make the store half the size and bring in more variety like they have in the US.

I was given a gift card in August that was bought directly from this target store. When trying to use it I was told there was no balance on it ‘Jackie’ was incredibly helpful in trying to get to the root of the problem and was able to solve my issue completely. However I am writing about a staff member Gina, unprompted she came over to Jackie and was very belittling in the way she spoke to her I heard her tell Jackie that she should lie to me and tell me the gift card expired to which Jackie disagreed and defended me. She then followed with unkind comments and mannerisms to both myself and Jackie.It was very confusing and uncomfortable and she (Gina) shouldn’t be allowed to talk to her co workers in that way.

Old woman with short blonde hair and glasses is rude. Be prepared to provide her with a bag check she will accuse you of stealing very rude. She made my shopping experience uncomfortable.

Terrible - self service only. Won't go back - might as well shop on line or go to Kmart given that's what they stock
