Ghanda Clothing Frankston

1). Yesterday I tried a top on & asked the sales girl if she could hold for one hour & she told me she would only hold for 1/2 an hour! 2). I returned in my own time to pick up the e fancy embroidered singlet top which was still sitting at the front desk. 3). Took said top home & tried it on to show husband & discovered the right side "strap" kept sliding off shoulder. Measured both straps & found a 1.5cm difference in length. 4). Returned top today & had to watch the ridiculous process of the sales person "look at & attempt to measure the inferior made top" which took up around 10 min of my precious time. 5). I offered her my tape measure but she declined & said she needed permission from her Regional Manager to give me a refund. I told her the garment is "faulty" & ‘Not Fit For Purpose’ to which she said "no one had ever returned one of these". 6). I found the sales person to be very rude & unprofessional & as a dressmaker I have an eye for detail & said that by just looking at the top on the counter I could see the difference in length! I will never go to this shop again & especially the Frankston store.

Love Ghanda but the staff at Frankston (specifically the staff on Saturday 26/04/25 afternoon) are very rude. Talking about their weekends out drinking and about how hung over they are and totally ignoring customers at the register. After waiting for a very long time, I just left items I wanted to purchase at the counter and walked out. The changing rooms are filthy and need a good clean. Won’t be back to this store again!

NEW STORE INSIDE BAYSIDE: The store is set up so nicely and the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The quality of clothes is great, and though a little pricey, you get what you pay for. The kids section is extensive and offers great sizing range and styles. My only downside is how loud the music is in store; I could hardly hold a conversation with the person I was with & had a headache by the time I left the shop.

I love it here! Its my fave brand of clothing! Im a regular customer and always waiting for new stock to come in store! I love all the embroidery on jumpers,trackies,tops.I love the tote bags and use them all the time.I love the colourful colours & crochet clothing.Always great friendly customer service.

Shop is well set up and staff are lovely but pricing seems a bit over the top. Over $30 for a baby hoody that was no better quality or style than a $10 Kmart one

I spilt a 10 litre can of canola oil on the floor last week and the workers slurped it all up with straws so I didn’t slip over Incredible customer service Ghanda you should be proud

My Son got a jumper and a few Shirts and he loves them. They have friendly service and the best clothing.
