Essential Beauty & Piercing Frankston

I just wanted to provide some really positive staff feedback on a wonderful experience I had at your Frankston store yesterday with lovely Tanisha. I was actually earlier at a Skin Kandy store but I felt like they were ripping me off, so I called your Frankston store and spoke with Tanisha. I immediately left Skin Kandy without proceeding there and went to Bayside instead. It was for my 7 year old daughter's first ear piercings. Tanisha was so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. It was such a positive experience I wanted to make sure she was recognised for her brilliant customer service skills. I will now only use Essential Beauty for future piercing appointments because of this great experience. Thank you Tanisha!

Absolutely love this salon! The girls are all so warm, welcoming and genuinely lovely! I feel comfortable the moment I walk in. Every service I’ve had has been amazing, with so much attention to detail and care taken to make sure everything is perfect. Every piercing I have has been from this salon, always perfect every single time, super clean, quick and done with so much care. The vibe is beautiful, professional and relaxing, and you can really tell they care about their clients. I always leave feeling so happy and confident. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! 5 stars every time! ✨💖

I always have an amazing experience at essential beauty! Great place for both piercings and waxing! wide range of titanium jewellery (my favourite is the gold jewellery), i’ve gotten my belly, 2 helix’s, conch, forward helix, nose and my tongue done here! they are always clean and always make sure i’m happy with position before we do anything! i always feel safe with these girls, always polite with big smiles!! Im going to be bringing my 9month old cousin and her mum here soon so they can do the children’s double operator and i’m so excited!! 😆 💞🫶🏼

I took my granddaughter to the Frankston Essential Beauty to have her ears pierced and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite being prepared and following the information provided, my daughter was refused the service by a staff member named Chloe, which caused her unnecessary distress and embarrassment. The situation was not handled with empathy or clear communication, especially considering this was meant to be a special moment for a child. There was little effort made to explain the situation properly or offer any alternative solutions. Customer service in situations involving children should be handled with care and understanding, and unfortunately this was lacking on this occasion. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Essential Beauty Frankston for children’s ear piercings.

Taniesha was so calm and informative during my daughter’s ear piercing. She helped my daughter feel confident enough to be brave and sit calmly. If you are considering a child’s piercing, you have to come see her here at the Frankston store. 10/10

never had a bad experience here! been coming to essential beauty frankston since i was 13 and have never had an issue with any of my piercings or waxing! super cute jewellery available and high quality too! all the girls here are so lovely and make the experience so comfortable! 110% recommend
