Amazing service! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been using Daja Marc for years and have always been extremely happy. Most recently, they did my son’s footprint and it was absolutely beautiful and so special. Highly recommend them for their quality and care. Date: 16 December

I bought the Classic Fingerprint Necklace and it’s beautiful! We actually did a footprint rather than finger, as my newborn’s fingers were too tiny, and it came up amazingly. I can’t be happier. Only reason I give four stars and not five is that I received the email to get 10% off my first order after I placed the actual (first) order, which is presumably how I got signed up. Wish I had the 10% off for the actual order, as every little helps. But the necklace came in a beautiful box, it’s great quality and I’m impressed with the engraving!

A bit disappointed. The fingerprint I received does not resemble my 8-month-old son’s fingerprint at all. It looks more like an AI-generated image than an actual print. I understand it’s not possible to capture a fingerprint 1:1, but this looks nothing alike. However, the ordering process was smooth, and Maisie responded quickly to my enquiry, but unfortunately she wasn’t able to help. The photo below shows the result. My son has a clear vertical line running through his fingerprint, which is completely missing from the final product. I wouldn't recommend if you're using a child's fingerprint.

I ordered a necklace from Deja Marc for my fiancée’s birthday and was completely stuck on what to do. Maisie was so incredibly helpful and suggested adding handwriting on the back, which turned out absolutely perfect. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the customer service was amazingly responsive throughout. We ordered necklaces that unfortunately went missing, but the Deja Mark team were amazing. They were able to reuse our original prints and remake the necklaces in time for Christmas, even with such short notice. The girls were incredibly helpful, and the necklaces are absolutely perfect. We’ll definitely be shopping here again. Such an easy and pleasant experience !
