PORTER JEWELLERY

BUYERS BEWARE! 3/3 items I’ve purchased from Porter Jewellery have had serious quality issues—very disappointing for a brand that markets itself as durable ‘everyday’ jewellery. • First item: Faulty piece with metal sticking out, which scratched my skin. They refused a refund and only offered store credit. • Second: $90 huggie earrings—gold plating faded/flaked off noticeably after just 4 months, now look silver on one side. • Third: Bracelet—the link pin keeps falling out no matter how many times I push it back in. Their website claims pieces are ‘designed to last several times longer than standard plated jewellery’ and ‘intended to be kept, worn and loved for years to come’. Yet nothing has lasted beyond a few months. They’ve refused any refund or gesture for the earrings, calling it normal wear and tear. Feels misleading given the promises. Won’t be buying again— BUYERS BEWARE!

Terrible customer service, they would not process a refund and jewellery looks cheap and poor quality in person. Finally they said they qould process a refund but they do not refund the original postage and then charge you mpre than the original postage to post it back for a return. This process also meant I did not have the jewellery in time for an event because of postage delays with the original order and delays once submitted for a postage return slip to be generated.

We purchased a beautiful bangle for our daughter who loves the sand, sea and sun. It’s suited perfectly for her lifestyle and she loves it. The quality and fit are pretty amazing. I was really impressed with the packaging as well.

In love with my beautiful new earrings. Not to mention how helpful and kind the lady in the store was helping me select the perfect piece to match my earring stack. The quality and shine on them is amazing.

I adore the White Gold Button Huggies! They are lightweight and so comfortable. And look amazing! Would definitely purchase from Porter again.

Love the product, love the communication after my braclet going to wrong address, Good not recommend highly enough. Thank you
