MEZI Bondi Beach

I bought a Mezi signet ring early January 2024 in their Bondi beach store. I was mislead into believing that the ring was "14 carat gold plated" and that I could wear the ring "everyday" and it would not "tarnish". I have the ring only 2weeks and it's almost completely silver!! Very disappointed! I understand it is gold plated and not gold but it should not fade that quickly! Poor quality and very overpriced considering there are many brands doing gold plated jewelery that you can actually wear daily! 0/10 would NOT recommend this brand to a friend! Friendly staff but bought earrings for 300$ which turned black in not even 2 months and wearing them not more than 5 times. This is not acceptable and I really regret my purchase. Also tried to reach out for a refund via instagram and the support but no reply. Super disappointed as it was said they are gold plated which should definitely last longer.

Lovely staff. Manuela was very helpful and patient with getting a 6yr old piercers. She is knowledgeable and careful. Lovely selection of jewellery.

Lovely staff. Beautiful jewellery selection, perfect for gifting. Some teen girls came in to the shop to get their ears pierced when I was in store, and the staff got them to call their parents to double-check if they had their permission which, as a mum, I thought was highly responsible and professional.

100% recommend, the lovely lady who pierced my ears was very careful, made sure I was happy with the positioning before the ears were pierced and it was quick and painless and all round a great experience. Didn't take long at all and my ears are recovering perfectly. Also they have a really beautiful selection of earrings to choose from. All round highly recommend, 10/10 experience 🙂

We had the best experience getting piercings with Mia at Mezi, she was so helpful with advice and very good with me and my daughter, making the whole experience easy and fun. Great shop and great staff.

While making a purchase over $250 we were interrupted by the other salesperson accusing us of stealing a missing ring in one of the cabinets. We politely said we weren’t sure what she was talking about and she continued to give us rude looks and passive aggressive statements making us feel so uncomfortable. We purchased multiple items which we immediately regretted after being treated so poorly. Don’t treat your customers like that, especially when you have zero reason to. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This was on Monday 13th Feb and was the blonde girl with the accent definitely needs to learn a lesson in how to treat valued customers (especially in an empty store on a Monday!)
