First time shopping with AOE at their New Bondi J store… and let me tell you, it was absolute DREAM. Everyone was so lovely and patient while I basically tried on the whole store. Emma was especially amazing and was such a hype girl while I tried on piece outside my comfort zone xx❤️💌I don’t think I’ll be buying jewellery anyway else x

I just received my first piece from Arms of Eve and love it. The presentation and packaging so thoughtful. The artwork and design in the pieces are beautiful! Certainly make great gifts 🎁

I received a lovely bracelet from my mum for Christmas. Unfortunately there was a little fault with the item so I sent them an email to see if there was anything they could do. They replied at lightning speed and said they would send me a replacement bracelet. Really gorgeous pieces and fab customer service. I’ll be purchasing again

I would have given it 5 stars if the product matched the online description. I ordered a pair of Lennox hoops thinking they are sterling silver gold plated pair of earrings. The hoops are gorgeous but it’s not sterling silver. For that reason I’m very disappointed as I can’t wear anything else other than sterling silver or gold.

I bought a pair of earrings for Arms of Eve that were faulty, I thought it was just a quality issue however they promptly and kindly sent me a replacement pair, and they are perfect and of the quality you would expect. I'm really impressed with their customer service and would shop here again.
