I'm so impressed and to be honest shocked by the after-sale support offered by Sarah and Sebastian. Some seriously old-school level care and customer service. Plenty of jewellery companies have 'drawn inspo' from the S&S aesthetic in recent times but it's their quality, along with their conservation efforts and superior customer service that makes them the best.
