BSG Housewares

One stop shop for all your Asian kitchenware for residential and industrial use. This place is awesome, bowls, plates, pots in every sizes. The owner, Penny was very knowledgeable and provide advice based on what I needed.

Huge variety of stock, lady at counter would just leave you to browse at your leisure but when she noticed I was wondering around she came to offer her help which we happily took. She was helpful and conversed with us. Everyone’s different but she was really friendly after we took some time to warm up to her. Thank you for your help and guidance with the wok! Really appreciate it! Only feedback is if you were able to label some of the items as a small portion of them didn’t have price tags !

Very excellent cooking ware one stop shop! Good quality and good prices! Friendly and helpful! Here are the pictures I would like to share the store with everyone. Strongly recommended!

The lady who at the register doubles up the price. She was so friendly and talkative while calculated my items. I didn’t realise, that all items without price tag on them, were charged double although they put the price on the shelves. I checked on Nisbets, Cedarhospitality, Amazon or temu, similar items same material and size 5x cheaper.

The store does have a wide range of items and interesting Asian cookery items you can spend lots of time there searching for the item you need! However, the behaviour of the only female staff made me as a customer feel as though she doesn’t want any customers at all. She spoke to me and my mother with a condescending tone as though we were dumb and she was the smartest than everyone else. While we were asking for a price for an item, we went up to her at the counter for a price. She would change her price twice from $29 to $39 and would then shout across the store for her son to get the item and not change the price as she has already quoted us $39. She would also not be too keen to speak to anyone longer than 30 seconds and when she does, she would berate them. There won’t be other staff to ask for assistance either. Poor customer service. Not worth a visit. Would strongly suggest visiting other store before coming.

This is a great place to shop ! Highly recommended. Huge selection of products and 1 stop shop for me. The owner is very helpful and she gave me useful n wise advices on which products are better suited for my cake. She also advised me on how to look after my newly purchased glass tea pot. Will definitely be back again 🙂

"I recently visited this shop and noticed that many items were not priced. This can be quite confusing and potentially misleading, especially if you’re trying to gauge whether a discount is genuine or not. I’d recommend clarifying the prices and discount details upfront to avoid any confusion and ensure a transparent shopping experience."
