I had the most beautiful wedding dress! Finding a dress for me was a challenge, as I have a very non-standard body type, and this was not my first wedding dress shop. However, Connie has an incredible eye and is truly a craftswoman at heart. From the very beginning, she was extremely accommodating and clearly explained the entire timeframe, which made the whole process stress-free. I had no problem finding not just one, but a couple of wedding dresses that fit me beautifully and made me feel confident. Very little tailoring was needed—just a split, which I wanted so I could show a bit of leg. I can’t stress enough how amazing the service was. There was absolutely no pressure, just thoughtful, high-quality advice. Connie listened carefully and genuinely helped me find exactly what I wanted. And thanks to the split, the dress worked perfectly in the wind!

I went into dress shopping feeling very particular and not overly confident I’d find something I truly loved. I had a vision in my head but couldn’t fully articulate it and that’s where Connie was incredible. She really took the time to pick my brain, ask the right questions, take my inspo pictures and have me try different styles to narrow down what suited me. We ended up creating a "Frankenstein" dress using the fabric from one gown, the design of another, with a few minor adjustments to make it completely mine. She also added a supportive bustle at the back , added specific design features and hemmed it perfectly. The dress fabric felt like butter, and the design exactly what I wanted and more. The final result felt 100% me. It fit beautifully and gave me so much confidence on the day. I’m so grateful for her patience, skill, and attention to detail. Connie made my whole wedding dress shopping experience so easy! Her boutique is local to me, but she also had a couple of the main designers I was interested in so she was my first stop - and I didnt end up going anywhere else! She only does one on one appointments, which made me feel so comfortable knowing she was only focusing on me and not having to go back and forth between other brides. Having her undivided attention made me confident I had chosen the right boutique to purchase my dress from. I also love that this is a small family owned business - Not only does Connie assist in choosing your dress, she also does all of the alterations in house with her daughter working alongside her too. Connie's skills in alterations are second to none - The idea of having alterations done to the dress you wear on the biggest day of your life can be daunting, but your dress in the best hands with Connie. Nothing is too big of a task for her - she is absolutely one of the best in the business. I felt like an absolute princess in my Oksana Mukha gown and its all thanks to Connie and her expertise!

I had Connie alter my wedding dress that I purchased from the UK a year before. From the moment I arrived she made me feel at ease, her expertise and knowledge made me feel I was in good hands and that any challenge was easily overcome. My dress didn't need much to be altered but Connie suggested a way for me to feel confident through my first dance with my long train and found a way for me to bustle the dress up, along with change the length and tighten the straps. The end result was fabulous and it was all at a reasonable price. The service was personal, trusting and professional and I'm so glad I chose Accapella Bridal to alter my dress.
