Amazing work every time. The alterations are done so seamlessly you’d never know anything had been changed. Super quick turnaround as well. Highly recommend.

Went in at 3pm on a Sunday with 3 work dresses that needed to be hemmed. This lovely lady said she could have them done within 30 mins and for only $30. Considering I came in an hour before she closed on a Sunday I was amazed. The service and efficiency was incredible and the hem was absolute top quality work. Will definitely be back in the future.

I can’t thank Tram at Mall Central Alterations enough. Every alteration place in Wollongong turned me away, and the other stores in the mall didn’t even bother to look at my dress. But Tram took one look and confidently said she could do it. She worked on my heavily beaded engagement dress and delivered perfect results in just three days. Her skill, precision, and attention to detail are on another level. Tram is truly a master of her craft, and I’m so grateful I found her. She absolutely saved my engagement outfit. I cannot recommend this place enough! They altered my dress in just ONE day and the results were absolutely amazing. The fit is now perfect and honestly makes the dress suit me so much better than it did before . The lady who helped me was so lovely, kind, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. The whole experience was stress-free and so positive. If you need alterations done quickly and beautifully, this is the place to go!

If I could give more stars. I would. This lady is amazing!(I think she is the reincarnation of FLASH.) I did NOT expect it to get it done TODAY and that too within 30 mins.. this is CRAZY. So, I went there to reduce the length of my shirt.. She literally measured mine in seconds(i was a bit worried cuz the speed at which she measured was very fast, turns out she is just THAT SKILLED). So, she said to come back in 30 mins. I was quite worried while I was waiting for the shirt.. I was thinkin' "Ahh this might not work out well, but it's ok ig, it's ma first time requesting any sort of alterations". Then it was time to go collect it(it was already thirty mins). But I was like, Ima wait 5 more mins cuz it might take her long.. So after 5 more mins I head there expecting it to not be done. But when I entered the place, My shirt was folded and sitting right there.. IT WAS ALREADY DONE LOL. So, yeh and then I checked it's length I was thinkin.. "hmm isn't it too short?" but then I reached home and tried it out. Literally perfect. Like no one could have done any better. Trust me guys and gals. This place IS IT. Literally the cheapest it can get. the shirt only costed 20 bucks.. other places be askin 25 bucks. So yeah, the price is actually not that bad, for the work she doin.
