Oh my gosh what a wonderful experience my sister and I had last Thursday shopping at Florentine Collection boutique Wollongong. We were served by Rita who was so welcoming and helpful. She gave us such confidence and we both walked out with more than one outfit. She was amazing!! We highly recommend FC if you're looking for a satisfying, enjoyable and successful shopping experience. Thank you Rita!

My sister, mother and myself went to this wonderful boutique today. We had a great experience Fantastic customer service. We all walked away with a formal dress each. We all had a dress in mind but soon changed our minds when we were shown dresses that would look fantastic on each of us. We highly recommend Florentine Collection and will decently be back.

I had the most amazing experience at Florentine. Was needing a MOB outfit, walked in and was asked what the occasion was, our names and what made me feel comfortable. Dresses were given to me to try which was out of my comfort zone (I don’t wear dresses, I’m more of a pants person). Second dress I tried on was the one! I walked away with everything except the shoes. Would definitely recommend! 6 stars 🌟

Great service and experience with Carmen with the opportunity to try on lots of options in a welcoming environment. Wollongong's best kept secret! Next time it will be my first stop for fashion!

I’m approaching my mid fifties and was struggling to find a formal dress that did the right things. I walked into the Florentine Collection, was warmly greeted and there it was. A bit of ruffle, coverage over upper arms and a dress that let me eat a dinner serving without making me look squeezed.

Looking for a dress for our son's wedding was a nightmare until I stepped into this amazing boutique. We were greeted so warmly by Karen who made us feel so special. Nothing was a problem for her, she knew exactly what I wanted, and made sure I tried varying outfits that she thought I'd like. Each one was gorgeous which did make it difficult to choose. But I was so happy with not only one dress but two!!! Karen is a true professional and an asset to this business. Don't go anywhere else for your wedding attire, you won't be disappointed with this business. Totally recommend.
