Bridal Palace

I really enjoyed my experience at Bridal Palace. Indy was super friendly and fun, and she helped me feel at ease. She had good ideas and lots of advice not only about dresses, but also for the wedding day. There was a range of beautiful dresses to select from. I was a bit worried about trying to find a dress while pregnant, but Indy gave reassuring advice. The morning was filled with laughter, smiles and even a few tears from mum when we found the one!

Bridal palace was my first store and the second dress I tried on was the one!!! Funnily enough it has all of the things I said I didn't want but Indy was obviously a professional and insisted I try it on just to ensure I have covered all basis and thankfully I did. She made me and my Mum feel very comfortable and welcome and went above and beyond to fit us in given we were coming from out West. She assisted by working within by budget and even reoponed after hours so I could try my dress on again before we went home!! Cannot recommend Bridal Palace and Indy's services enough. Not to mention she has a lovely and very broad range of dresses!

I loved my experience at Bridal Palace. Choosing your dream dress is not an easy task and Indy made the place inviting and calming. It was the small touches that really made the whole experience, like a Polaroid photo you could take home with your mum & sister, or who ever you took with you. The range of dresses was great - and super modern and in trend with current bridal styles. Being a mid sized girl I was very supported by Indy in finding my dream dress, and didn’t experience this in other stores that I went to. I highly recommend Bridal Palace!

I very highly recommend Bridal Palace. Michelle is lovely, shes so helpful and patient. Her store is calming and beautiful. I went to Bridal Palace about 3 times to try on the same dress, and Michelle was always happy to see me. All of the dresses are so beautiful, shes was the only stockist in the area who has Made With Love and Pronovias. I would say I would be a returning customer, but i hope not to get married again. I will be telling all my engaged friends to take a trip to Bridal Palace.

Indy at Bridal Palace was warm and welcoming to myself, my mum and mother in law. She had a great selection of local and international brands to try and was very helpful. Booking the appointment online was very easy. Thanks Indy.
