I had an amazing experience at the fashion gallery today and was able to find my perfect wedding dress. The service was incredible and I was given honest opinions which allowed me to pick the right dress! Lou gave me the right amount of space and assistance to shop without pressure. Overall I highly recommend the fashion gallery!

I have shopped here for my formal in 2018, my sister’s formal this year and most recently to find a wedding guest dress. Olga and the team are absolutely amazing at what they do. They find a way to pick dresses that are absolutely stunning on you individually. Most of the dresses I’ve bought I never would have thought to pick off the shelf myself, but Olga and the team have such a special way of knowing what would look fantastic on you. If you trust the process you are destined to be impressed beyond belief. The staff are always incredibly helpful in assisting to get intricate dresses on and off in the change rooms, which is the definition of going above and beyond. I am always happy to spend my money here and support such a fantastic local business.

Today we had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Olga and all staff here. Taking 2 16 year old girls for Deb dress and formal dress shopping was a beautiful experience when treated with such love and care. Highly recommend that people travel for the experience. It’s worth it, and the dresses purchased will be so loved and cared for and the memory will be a highlight of this Aunty’s life. We will be travelling back for alterations, even though it means plane trips and travel. Totally worth it!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The service was extremely disappointing. We weren’t allowed to try on many dresses and were super limited, and my friends weren’t even permitted to pick any out for me. The staff member falsely claimed there were no strapless options—despite several clearly being on display. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unwelcoming. She also repeatedly insisted I come back with my mum, which is not an option for me. On top of that, she told me I was too skinny for a dress—completely inappropriate and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they kept peeking into the changing rooms without warning, which felt like a serious invasion of privacy. As much as I liked one of the dresses, I would never consider buying from here due to the awful customer service. Do not come here expecting kindness, professionalism, or basic respect.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant about shopping here, I found that not to be the case. Olga and her team were beyond incredible. They were encouraging, respectful and helpful in finding something to suit me and my needs. Would definitely recommend to everyone

If i could give 0 stars I would!!! The rude lady that served me would NOT let my friends pick out dresses for me to try on as I was unsure what type of dress I wanted so I wanted them to look for me. The other lady then told me I was too skinny for a certain dress and when I asked for a strapless she lied and said she had none! Terrible customer service. She tried to make me come back with my mum and not my friends. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE!!!
