Fantastic Service at Strandbags Mt Druitt! I had such a smooth and pleasant experience at Strandbags Mt Druitt recently. I called ahead to ask about a carry-on bag, and the wonderful lady on the phone was so helpful—she even offered to put it aside for me for two days. I made it to the store just before closing, and sure enough, she had the bag waiting for me. She went above and beyond, taking the time to check it over to make sure it was perfect for my trip. The store has a warm atmosphere and a fantastic range of quality bags. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. A big thank you to the team for making my shopping so easy. I’ll definitely be back for all my future bag and travel needs!

Great service when we bought two new Flylite suitcases in March/April last year. When one of the wheels broke it was fixed under warranty but they were unable to fix the jammed telescopic handle. Gave us the option of a full refund or credit. We got a new comparable suitcase and a $ 4 credit as the cost was lower than the refund! Staff here are polite, professional and cheerful; easy to talk to and honour their warranties with no questions at all whatsoever. Happy to recommend and will use in the future.

I bought a wallet for a gift and the staff couldn’t be more helpful to find one in my price range. Then when I unfortunately had to return the wallet they gave me a refund! They were so nice both times and put my mind at ease. Thanks Denise!

I told her the same Wallet retails for 69 on westfield direct, when she is charging me for $99, but she proceeded to charge me 99 dollars. She told me to show it on my phone. At the time I didn't have my phone on me, so I told her to look it up. She was lazy and unbothered to look it up on her phone, charged me full price. Kind of a let down.
