At Mt Druitt Westfield collection was good. But the customer service was not good. The sales lady was bit rude.

Excellent service this morning! I popped in quickly to get a simple jacket to wear into the movies as it was quite cold; the store assistant was so helpful and welcoming, she could see I was on a mission, gave me some good advice as I have special needs when it comes to fabrics and sensory issues and was so courteous, she made pleasant small talk without holding me up and wished me a good day etc. I’m very happy with the service I received and feel like I would be very comfortable shopping in there for an extended time in the future.

I went there on Saturday looking for clothing for my mother who has dementia, as a mere male looking for womens clothing this is a bit scary but the lovely sales lady could not be more helpful. They straight away put me at ease and made the experience easy. I purchashed some wonderful new clothes for mum. Thank you to the staff from me and mum

Staff are very friendly. Prices are also reasonable according to the product. Various range of females clothing are available to choose from , this place or shop is nice , well arranged clothing and clean as well.

Not an ETHICAL clothing store. Doesn't have a supply chain traceability. Doesn't know where the factories of it's wholesalers are, who ONLY pay their workers a MINIMUM WAGE
