Pandora Mount Druitt

The best service I’ve ever received at any Pandora store! I’ve been a customer for over a decade but it was my first time at the Mount Druitt store and I went in to get my 8 rings cleaned. Katherine was an absolute dream to deal with going above and beyond and was so genuinely kind which was so refreshing to receive that service as these days it rarely happens (which is why I normally shop online) but I will definitely be back to see her (get this girl a raise!) 🫶🏼

Made to wait 50 minutes in a queue while listening to the staff casually talking about there personal life’s with customers to be only told sorry we can not help you, unable to do exchange because we are closing down. We had been standing there the whole time with a pandora bag. It would have been common courtesy to just explain if we were after an exchange or refund that they could not assist.

I was served by Marium, and she was an absolute star, an icon, 10/10... did her job perfectly! wish I could be her bestie <3

Great service firstly over the phone then again in store, nothing was too much for Carys. Definitely a 10/10 store for service and smiles, I was greeted instantly and product knowledge was perfect. Thank you Mt Druitt Pandora..

The staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. My favourite jewellery store.

Attended the store on Saturday lunchtime. Was served by the manager Jordan, who offered outstanding service & politeness. Myself & daughters love Pandora will return again soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1-11-25 Again another shopping spree at Pandora Outstanding service as expected at the best Pandora store there is. The staff are delightful, helpful & such sweet professionals. This time Jacqueline & new Christmas staff assisted, couldn’t be happier with my items. Definitely a five ⭐️ rating again.
