Beaches Cafe & Bar

A lovely, spacious café-bar restaurant that feels more like a proper restaurant than a café. There’s a good selection on the menu, though we only stopped for a cup of tea and a snack — and lighter snack options are quite limited (mainly ham & cheese croissants or similar). You order food at the bar, so quick and easy. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We tried the Potachos, which is well prepared and tasted freshly made. Overall, it’s a nice place to rest, relax, and take in the sea view from afar. WiFi available.

The chicken and mushroom pasta was very good and creamy. The steak sandwich was awesome especially the bread they used was so nice. Definitely a fermented dough, it was so good. And we had a very moist , not high on sugar carrot cake with lot of seeds and dried berries sprinkled on the cake. It was lovely. Must try, highly recommended. The view if you sit on the outdoor patio, is the maritime village and light house , the bay. Very scenic. You should try this place.

Absolutely delicious! Prepped to leave to Melbourne and had breakfast here. Got the eggs Benny, mushroom truffles and eggs royale and my goodness it was amazing! So much good tastes, I had the eggs royale and the smoked salmon was super flavourful!! The atmosphere is beautiful as well, no doubt. Such a relaxing morning here, Id recommend anyone travelling or needing a good breakfast to stop by! ❤️🍴

Lovely Place with such welcoming and smiling staff. We visited on a Sunday morning with friends while we were on a weekend getaway to Warrnambool and so glad we chose Beaches Cafe. The food was well presented and taste on point. The views from the balcony were lovely and so refreshing. We are already planning to go again soon.

Beautiful place for breakfast, very comfortable with a great view. Can get a little busy during peak tourism times, but that is understandable. Coffee was excellent and friendly service. Worth a stop while travelling the Great Ocean Road. Indoor or balcony seating.

It is just sorta okay. The coffee is alright and the food is edible but not something you'd crave. They also don't seem to have any kind of system for running coffees so coffees just sit on the pass for ages while two people were on coffee machine in a rather empty cafe. Probably wouldn't come back but it was okay

We we're sitting out side having stunning food and enjoy beautiful view. Such a wonderful place. Very recommended
