Pretty awkward to back a boat and steep plus muddy from flooding, better spot along 300 mtrs. You can actually freedom camp here in a pretty good riverside location not far to shops, Bunnings and everything.
Lucky to be invited to the members area as a guest. Enjoyed every minute in the air conditioned area with a book maker a bar &eating area. Will be ready as a guest next picnic race meeting..
Melbourne Cup day is always fun at Tamworth Jockey Club but this year they really excelled. What a fabulous meal in the members. The best yet. Well done🥂👍
We attended the Tamworth Cup yesterday as an owner with a runner in the Cup race. The Marquee hospitality for owners was fantastic. A great initiative. Unlike anything we have experienced elsewhere. Well done to Amy and her team. Hope to be back next year.
Great place good food and drink
My husband and I had our wedding and everyone was amazing. We had to changed the date once and it was so easy with no issues. Everything look unbelievable on the day everything look super beautiful the gardens looked beautiful. Amie was simply unbelievable. She was kind and always helpful nothing was to much for her. She always answered our many questions and made us completely comfortable with everything during the pandemic. She is amazing at her job and a real asset to the team. We both highly recommend Amie and her team.
This is a fantastic jockey club. The members stand has an air conditioned function room up top. With, great staff, plenty of seating and cold beer. TAB and bookmaking also available. Great selection of food as well. Come out for a day at the races! Good luck😜
