Beautiful new building. Well located. Easy to get in & out of
Nice easy entrance to the port facilities for cruise ships. Modern facility with friendly local vendors. Free water bottle filling stations. BUT in the middle of industrial wasteland that is a good 30 minute (not very nice) walk into the main part of the city. Not a lot of transport options from here.
Quayside is just beautiful. It's quite. A great spot to view back at the city and iconic Castle Hill and great for viewing the cruise ships too! If you want a peaceful quite spot to relax, Quayside's walkway is great.
The staff at Quayside Terminal are extremely pleasant. This is our second day at Quayside Terminal selling coffee and we love it here! The markets indoors is extremely peaceful and the people here are great.
Well air conditioned building with many local artists and artisans vending their goods at reasonable prices. Includes a local information table and an exhibit of local wildlife with a very friendly naturalist. With free Wi-Fi, your visit is complete. The Townsville port facility has the friendliest people in QLD.
Good place for taking ferry, convenience whole day parking area.
A very effective team providing an efficient service.
