Christy is such a special and unique woman who has created the most divine sanctuary to go to unwind and turn the world off. From the infrared sauna and Magnesium Salt Bath combo being my go to when my body needs some serious TLC, to one of her many talented girls looking after me gently and lovingly with a relaxation massage and hair treatments. Her team are such a beautiful group of women who I have had the pleasure to get to know over the past few years, they really do care about their work and clients and go above and beyond to make your experience special and relaxing. I’ve gone alone but also took my mum there as a surprise a couple of times and we were spoilt rotten with kindness and attentive care. When I say Christy is special and unique I mean it so sincerely. She looks after her team, ensuring their personal and professional growth and her generosity to them and the community beyond is nothing short of amazing. I’m in constant awe of her. Bluebell really is an amazing place we are so lucky to have in the GV, please go and support this amazing woman and her business!

Booked in for a tan for my 21st birthday and it went green all over my body, I was told it was my fault. When they fixed it went green again and I had to scrub it off, I was really upset about it and they told me someone would ring me to check how it went the next day. I heard nothing. I didn’t use any products for three days prior to the appointment so it could not have been my fault. When I rang and asked for a refund I was declined. I felt as though there was a lack of empathy and I didn’t feel very good after it.

I have been going to bluebell blowwave bar since October 2022 for hair wash and blowwave services! This year I been to bluebell bathhouse for waxing service and absolutely loved the care and service for me by Amber! She’s amazing and I requested for massage instead waxing as last minute in my recent appointment; as I really needed she accepted and loved my 30 mins session. This is shows this place always go beyond and above for customer request. Very professional and lovely/friendly staff at both blowwave bar and bathhouse! Highly recommend this place in Shepparton

I am a regular at Bluebells, been attending for couple of years now. My experiences have always been fantastic, but yesterday I had a massage with Claudia. It was one of the best massages I've ever had. Claudia was very kind and listen to my needs and took into account that my RA was in flare up and took care to not agravate those areas whilst giving the most relaxing massage. It was just what my sore body needed.

Christy has created the most wonderful space for the ladies (and even men) of the Goulburn valley. I’ve been to Christy for 7 years, her dreams of running a small local business have turned into a wonderful thriving and relaxing business! . Christy has hired the perfect ladies to work for her that not only compliment the business, but they are each individually amazing at their areas of speciality. I feel confident knowing if Christy isn’t there one of the other ladies has my beauty treatment sorted! I highly recommend you book a pamper session with a platter and bottle of wine, you won’t regret it.

This is my third session with Amber and I am absolutely delighted with the professionalism and attention to detail Amber demonstrated during each visit. I booked an appointment with them and requested to reschedule it 24 hours prior due to an emergency. However, they were not helpful with understanding my situation and asked me to still give a 50% cancellation fee if I wanted to keep the appointment as per their booking policy. As much as I understood and signed the policy and did not plan deliberately on cancelling the appointment, I tried to make them understand that putting every individual in one box is quite unfair and that they should be a little considerate of the individual situation of the person. I would strongly not recommend them to anyone from my experience as they do not have any empathy for customers, they have nil consideration for their clients, and they do not have any client-dealing skills at all. I would suggest everyone not to book with them as if you make any last-minute urgent calls that would lead to cancelling the appointment, they would simply just disregard your request and will not cooperate with the customer request. They disrespect their clients and lack insight and empathy.
