Sherbourne Terrace Hotel

What first made us come back to Sherbourne was the service. The staff made us feel comfortable and well looked after which is why we’ve ended up visiting more often. Chacha is always very friendly and helpful whenever we come in. She greets us warmly, checks in during the meal to make sure everything is okay, and creates a really welcoming atmosphere. She’s attentive not just to us but to everyone at the table, which makes the experience feel relaxed and comfortable. Kevin One of the other waiting staff was a real gentlemen ,extremly professional and fluent at his job.On one of our visits, there was a small mix up from us with the meals and he handled it calmly and professionally. He also noticed we had our bags on the floor and offered us an extra chair so we could put them up instead which was such a simple but thoughtful touch and made us feel taken care of. We’re always glad to see him working too. Kevin and Chacha make a great team seeing them on floor working shows they have a great dynamic and showing great leadership for the other staff. we’re always happy to see them working when we visit. The food has also been consistently good, generous portions, well cooked, and you can really tell the chef does a great job. Overall, great service, great food, and a place we’re always happy to come back too . Thank you for making our dining experince great!

I recently stayed at the Sherbourne Terrace Hotel in Shepparton for a one night stay for business|The rooms are clean and comfortable and are a decent size. The bathrooms appear to be recently renovated and they are really good and sizable|The Bistro meals for Dinner & Breakfast was really nice with excellent prompt service from staff that seemed to really care|Heidi on reception is really professional and on the ball. After leaving the hotel she actually called me to advise there was a phone charger found in my room. It was not mine but I was impressed with that kind of service and follow up |I will definitely return to this hotel well done

After a long drive and long day in the office in Shepparton, I called The Sherbourne Terrace Hotel to book a room ( at 5pm😅), and when I arrived, Mew had my King room sorted, wifi password in hand, and we had a wonderful chat about her recent trip home with her partner and nephew. Thanks again for your amazing hospitality 😊

I booked a 2-night stay in a family room this past weekend. The room was clean and very well presented for our use. The bathroom was very clean and everything in the room functioned correctly. The king size bed was very good and I was able to get a suitable night’s sleep. Two drawbacks - the basins in the bathroom are completely inadequate, especially for men wanting to shave. They must be made depose if any renovations are planned in future. - Pillows: some firmer pillows are an absolute must in your rooms. Having what is there right now is not helpful to getting a proper night sleep. Overall, clean and presentable rooms ✅ Functions appliances ✅ Comfortable and allowed for sleep ✅

The older lady that served me tonight was very rude, stood from afar and watched me stand at the bar, leaning on the bench and waited until SHE was ready to serve me. She then came over and said "what do you want" proceeded to rudely check my I.d and then pour me a drink with a very nasty attitude. Came back to order about 3 or 4 drinks and the 2nd time she watched me stand at the bar for about 10 minutes while she was "talking to security", mind you, security was sitting down having a drink on the other side of the bar. they told me she was "busy" I’m not an impatient person but the customer service was disgraceful and when you were eventually catered to it was in a very rude manner. If you don’t enjoy working behind a bar go work somewhere else.

The accessible room we stayed in was ideal. Plenty of room, really comfortable bed and a huge bathroom with plenty of vanity space. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Shepparton 👌👌👌

Positive points about this place is that the bar is open till morning 4am. Convenient for travelers arriving late at night. Clean rooms and newly renovated bathroom.
