High Cross Randwick by Sydney Lodges

My partner and I had such a great stay and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The room was super comfortable and felt really private, which made it easy for us to just switch off and relax. Everything was clean, well set up, and had such a nice, welcoming feel as soon as we arrived. The location was a huge bonus being so close to the beaches was amazing, especially for morning walks, but it was also really easy to get into the city for food, coffee, and exploring. It felt like we had the best of both worlds. We had such a good time and would definitely recommend this place to any of our friends staying in Sydney.

Place is great unfortunately after a 7 hour drive arriving Friday evening we could not get any hot water in the shower. We tried for half an hour. Hard to get kids into an ice cold shower before bed. Shower door also super awkward.

An absolutely fabulous place to stay! I would recommend for anyone who is visiting the nearby hospital, but also for anyone looking to stay outside of the CBD. It is right beside a bus route, along with being very conveniently located to plenty of cafes and shops. Very safe and nice area. The rooms are the perfect size to stay in, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Very modern rooms and the bathroom was very pleasant!

What an amazing stay. I was here for close to 2 weeks for work and it’s hard to believe this is a 3 star experience — this would be a 4 star in Europe. Room and toilets were spacious and clean. I actually fell really sick during my stay, so I appreciated that the A/C came with a heater function and that the service staff promptly refreshed the beddings. Other pros include the proximity to Bondi Beach and eateries of different cuisines, as well as a bar right next door. I enjoyed that each room came with your own passcode. Some cons include the slight difficulty navigating the rooms, as some common rooms required a passcode. The mini fridge was also broken but it was not as big of a deal for me to deduct a star. If I were holding a work event, I’d definitely consider hosting guests here.

We really enjoyed our stay at High Cross Randwick. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. The pricing was also very reasonable. Thanks so much—we’d happily stay again!

Nice room, very clean. Only issue was the shared kitchen. The cooking items were very old, poorly maintained and missing some key things for cooking. Location is great and the staff are great too.

Excellent spot. Surpassed expectations. We were in the area to go to the cricket and enjoyed a day at Coogee as well. Would highly recommend this spot to other travellers.
