Panthers Port Macquarie

Great local club. We didn't have a lot of dining choices that were open when visiting friends in Port so we tried at the Cafe. The staff were fantastic. Couldn't fault their customer service skills. Friendly, hospitable and knowledgeable. The food choice was great and so was the coffee. Would definitely return for sure.

Stopped here for dinner with the family. The kitchen got the fish ans chips order wrong and they tried to give us another garlic bread after our mains; but the facility was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. The gear machine arcade game up the back is a rort, they should speak to the supplier.

Food was nice, without being anything out of the ordinary. Bistro is fairly empty. Think they need to update their signage, since it's October, they're advertising Melbourne Cup, yet also have the signs for August.

Ample open air car parking. Modern and spacious club premises. Very modern and staff friendly and helpful. We dined at the bistro. Food portions were generous and tasty. Drinks aplenty. Indoor & outdoor setting for eating with great water views & local scenery. Will revisit again next time we're in Port Macquarie.

The food snd atmosphere at the dinning area was great. Though it would be nice if there was a little more choices on the menu. Great place to go with family and or friends.

Amazing food friendly service great playground and incredible view

Went for dinner Wednesday 4th December 2024. Worst food we have ever had usually really nice. The T-bone steak was tough, grisly and very fatty, the lamb in the roast dinner was dry like it had been sitting there for hours and the kids meals (burgers) were burnt and cheese hard as a rock. It was not even overly busy so there is no excuse. Not impressed and I have made a complaint but have not heard back from management. Was a total waste of money. We come to Port approx 3 times a year visiting family and have never had such a terrible meal at the Panthers and I highly doubt we will go back after this. UPDATE 16th December : still no resolution or explanation why the food was served like this. Management just push the complaint aside !! I went higher to the Penrith Panthers and sent my complaint there as they’d obviously be the higher club but No reply what so ever. Disgusting customer service from both clubs. Plus just lie to you that they are going to get back to you but they don’t and just hope you go away !!! I’d really like a refund for the whole meal and my membership as it’s a disgrace to run a business the way this club does.
