Westport Event Centre

The Events team at The Westport Club were absolutely amazing to work with in hosting the annual Basketball Representative Presentation celebration for the Port Macquarie Dolphins!! Steven, Riley and the team were most accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Our event saw a record number of our members and families attending and a great time was had by all - some 250+ people!! The event certainly exceeded our expectations in every way possible!! The food was great, the setup was amazing and the staff were professional, courteous and had a "can-do" attitude!! We will definitely be back and can’t recommend The Westport Club highly enough!!

We had a fantastic party last weekend at Westport Club celebrating Dad’s 90th and Mum and Dad’s 60th wedding anniversary. Steven, the events manager, was a pleasure to work with - professional, flexible and attentive to all our planning needs. On the day, Riley the team leader, was wonderful and we were well looked after. Food was delicious, space is very attractive and everyone had a great time. Thank you Westport Club!

Held my first big event with Westport. Can safely say I'd do it again in a heartbeat. The venue was stunning, the bar staff were lovely and the drink selection was amazing. The events team were super helpful with letting us set up the night before and having all we needed ready to go. A big thank you to Nico, despite him being super busy he always kept checking up on us to ensure things were running smoothly. I'd recommend Westport club if you wanting to run events.

Despite having a fantastic dinner in the Aqua restaurant, we were extremely disappointed in the bar upstairs called Jimmy’s. This is mainly due to the fact that the staff downstairs said that the restaurant was closing, however, we could go upstairs and enjoy a few drinks at Jimmy’s. But when I asked the bartender to make me a cocktail, she said "no, I’ve cleaned everything, so I can’t have a drink" This was extremely rude, lazy and unprofessional! The bar was supposedly still open for another 30-45 minutes! Not only that, my wife was still enjoying her red wine from downstairs, when they turned the ugly lights on! My question is, why send paying guests upstairs to enjoy the atmosphere, to only deny them drinks and turn on all the bright lights?! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING BEHAVIOUR AND SERVICE!

I would like to thank Steven Gregory and his team at Westport for the exceptional attention and service they provided us at our AGM last Friday night. To go that 'extra mile' just makes the evening that extra special. As well as some well thought out decorations, the staff were there (and I mean always there) to meet our every request with a delightful smile every time. We are indeed lucky to have this type of detail to service and in our community. We Done Westport and Merry Christmas!

Thank you for an absolutely wonderful evening. We could not have expected any better. Our host was very calm and obliging to every request or suggestion we had. Nothing was too much trouble. He rearranged tables and decorations, had some great advice for us and generally ran the whole evening to perfection. Well done to all the staff that were involved. We had a marvellous evening and we were able to interact with all our guests without any of the hassle of preparation, clean up and ensuring it all ran smoothly. Absolutely recommend you guys with a 10/10 score.

I had my partners surprise 70th birthday inches Pre Function lounge. Steven took me through the process and I was very happy with the cost of the platters etc. Riley was amazing as our event host for the afternoon. He went out of hes way to make sure guests were aware that we had arrived and made it a real surprise. It was no trouble for him to keep me informed wih the next phase of the afternoon. He always had a smile on he's face. Zoe went out of her way to make everyone's coffee to their liking and Lily and Riley made sure the bar was attended at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending Westport Club for any function
