We spent 5 wonderful days in this very impressive home , The home was well equipped with every thing you need in the kitchen and is great for entertaining , so many fantastic spaces to utilise , We had a family get together and enjoyed making great memories playing cards around the fire and enjoyed some beautiful lunches and dinners together . The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are stunning with large deep baths to relax in , the location is fabulous with lots of beautiful walks and great coffee shops near by . communication was excellent too , you will not be disappointed in this spectacular home , from Lina , Glenn and family

We loved the Stone House. The house itself is wonderful, like staying in a little piece of history with a very well done and sympathetic renovation and has absolutely everything you could need to be comfortable. We and another family stayed in January and got great weather so it was lovely to have the pool and enjoy all there is to do in the area (which is lots - we did a cycle tour around Launceston that included lunch at Stillwater and a beer tasting at James Boag brewery, went ziplining at Hollybank, walked and swam at Cataract Gorge, did a wine tour of the Tamar Valley and ate really good food everywhere including the local cafe up the road and anything from The Hill Street grocer!). We had such a great family holiday would definitely give The Stone House 5 stars.
