The Westin Perth

We really enjoyed this hotel. We had a suite on the 16th floor with amazing city views. The suite layout is great, it even comes with 2 toilets. We included the executive lounge access in the booking and it was worth it. We enjoyed breakfast in that lounge and we tried drinks and canapes one night, those felt like a proper dinner - there were many dishes and all were delicious. My very minor comment for improvement is that the lighting in the suite was generally very dim and it would have been useful to have the option for bright light in the bathroom to actually see your face for applying makeup etc.

The hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at The Westin Perth over New Year’s Eve and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax despite the busy holiday period. The Heavenly Bed definitely lived up to its name. We have access to the Club Lounge during our stay. It provided a calm and exclusive space to unwind, with fair choice of food and beverage offerings throughout the day. The evening canapés and drinks were especially enjoyable and a great way to start NYE celebrations. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcomed from check-in to check-out. Their attentiveness really elevated the overall experience. Overall, The Westin Perth exceeded our expectations and was a fantastic choice for a special occasion stay. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a touch of luxury in Perth.

Had a suite and connecting room. A few small glitches but nothing bad. But then it elevated to 5 stars because of the front desk team. I must say thank you to Philip the Rockstar for just nailing every single point. He is the face of the Westin and truly the fellow that made the Westin memorable. Paulina the lady with a wonderful and accommodating personality. And the super Helpful Reno Budiman. They have all been fabulous! Rooms were great. But just needs a bit of attention with the quality of hardware in the bathrooms ie hand showers. More durable and less flimsy (owners end) Better water pressure. (Maintenance) And maybe perhaps a little bit more on the cleanliness side of things. (Housekeeping) Lounge access was a blessing and was great. Kunal.

We had a wonderful stay at Westin Perth. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with smooth check-in and great hospitality throughout our stay. The breakfast was lovely, and the service was great. The hotel itself has a nice, modern environment with excellent facilities. It's conveniently located near the CAT bus stop, making it easy to explore various parts of Perth city. Overall, a very comfortable stay, especially for the kiddos. Highly recommended!

Exceptional. Beautifully decorated, excellent pool, position, gym and bedrooms. Excellent value for money considering it’s a 5 star hotel. Staff all very happy and helpful. Would defo come again. Didn’t try out the restaurants.

We stayed at the Westin over the weekend and overall it’s a great weekend hotel—comfortable rooms, relaxing atmosphere, and a solid place to unwind. That said, the breakfast buffet was a letdown and didn’t quite match the standard of the hotel. The wait staff seemed either overwhelmed or confused. We were asked for our orders (so ordered flat white, hot chocolate, and an omelette), but none of them ever arrived. In the end, I had to get everything myself from the buffet stations. The food selection itself was okay, but the service experience took away from what should have been a smooth and enjoyable breakfast. With better staffing coordination, this could easily be improved. Overall, I’d happily stay here again—but I’d skip the breakfast buffet next time
